When an artist or buyer contact tells you their email has changed:

  1. Check Roster and see if they're an external user:

If they are a contact/external user, find out:

  • If they want their username for CAA guest access updated to their new email address. (If they say yes, pop into Intercom and tell us their name and which email address they'd like to be their new username.)

  • If they still use their old email address for anything or if they want it removed from their profile. (If they want it removed, tell us that when you request the username change.)

If they are just a contact, you only need to find out if they still use their old email address for anything. If they say no, you can remove it from their profile and you're done!
